Quickly becoming my fave spot for BBQ in Denver! Absolutely delicious & well seasoned food, incredible value, big portions, great vibes, excellent service and fast delivery to the table despite it being busy. I originally discovered Rolling Smoke BBQ on the Too Good to Go app, and the meal was so good I had to come back for dinner. I ordered the 3 rib plate with a side salad. The ribs were actually the most massive pork ribs I've ever seen and the house barbecue vinaigrette had great tang. YUM! Shout out to Ryan and Tom for holding down the FOH - you rock!
Nice clean awesome atmosphere and owner! I ordered the pork ribs ans brisket with a salad. DELICIOUS! Being a traveler out of Texas to come here to eat BBQ, and it is soooooo good says alot! My hubby is a very picky eater. He ordered burnt ends and hot links, potato salad and coleslaw and he LOVED it just as much as I did. The potato salad was the best I've had outside of Texas and even better than a few Texas eateries! So don't ponder too long deciding to eat here. You won't be disappointed! The owner was very nice and welcoming. The food looked and smelled so good I couldn't wait to dig in!
Best barbecue in Denver by a lot. Burnt ends and Brisket are incredible. Mac and cheese and fries are good too. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Definitely will be back! Had to come 2 days in a row after trying them for the first time!
Rolling Smoke BBQ in Wheat Ridge is incredible. We had the burnt ends, Mac n cheese bowl, fries and Texas toast - and everything was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The burnt ends were especially amazing! We paired our food with margaritas and IPAs, which hit the spot and made the experience even better. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant (including the bathrooms!) was super clean. The vibe here is awesome - laid-back, fun, and perfect for hanging out to enjoy some incredible food and drinks. We loved the outdoor seating options and can’t wait to come back when the weather warms up. This spot is a gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Some of the best BBQ around Denver. It was delicious! We got wings with dry rub, which I definitely recommend. The brisket was tender, the burnt ends were tasty, and the honey bourbon sausage was good. Oh, and the mac 'n cheese was amazing. They also had tons of different BBQ sauces. The portions were very generous, and the staff were welcoming and friendly!
O.M.G let me tell you, this place was 10/10 phenomenal! The green chili was one of the best chili's I've had as a Denver native, no joke. The beef brisket was perfectly tender, the Mac n cheese was bomb.com. I wish I came here much sooner! I hope to return many times here soon! Managers were very friendly and the atmosphere was super chill. Overall, great dive.
Got the opportunity to try them off of Too Good To Go and I am SO glad I got to experience their food. The rib fell off the bone as soon as I tried to pick it up (see photo!) The smoke ring on the pulled pork and the rib is insane! Definitely my preferred wheat ridge/Lakewood/Arvada/Highlands BBQ place as of now!
